I'm not interested in using cannabis, does that disqualify me from working with you?
Absolutely not! I have a Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition and am a certified holistic health coach. My expertise reaches far beyond cannabis therapeutics and I am happy to work with you in any capacity and meet you where you are.

Can you really use cannabis for wellness?
Yes, of course! Cannabis can be used to reduce chronic pain, increase appetite, reduce inflammation (including gastrointestinal and arthritic inflammation), treat neurological and mental health symptoms, and improve sleep. While cannabis is a plant with many amazing properties, it is not a cure-all or magic bullet. It is most effective when integrated into a health wellness routine.

I'm not interested in feeling high or being stoned. Does that prevent me from using cannabis?
Nope! Part of what we'll cover is a basic understanding of cannabis, including the other cannabinoids (CBD, CBN, CBG, etc) found in the plant. THC (the element that makes you feel high) is just one of many different cannabinoids, and they all have their own individual benefits!

Do you sell cannabis to your clients?
Absolutely NOT! In fact, if you do not live in a state where recreational cannabis is legal, I can not give you any advice on THC-dominant products (> 0.3% THC). With that being said, I am an expert at making suggestions for cannabis consumption that is legal in all 50 states.
